Drawing upon mythic imagery, symbolism, and contemplative practice, these sessions invite meaningful encounters with the Inner Realm while fostering insight, creativity, and personal transformation. No prior meditation experience is required.

  • This session combines guided awareness of the subtle and psychic energies of the body to help restore balance, reinforce personal intentions, and cultivate a greater sense of presence and well-being. Whether experienced in person or virtual long-distance, each session is tailored to your goals and may incorporate visualization, breathwork, grounding and centering, energetic and magical techniques appropriate to your comfort levels and spiritual practice. No prior experience is required.

  • Dreams have long been regarded as sources of insight, symbolism, and spiritual reflection. Bring a recent dream, or a recurring one, and our SideQuest Sorcery practitioner will explore its imagery with you through the lens of mythology, folklore, psychology, spiritual traditions, and most importantly- your lived experience. Think of it as office hours with a Wizard, thoughtful discussion backed with research. Bring a notebook; there's often more to explore than time allows.
